6 Ways You Can Prepare for Your Reading

*Before any spiritual reading or event, energetically clean your ass. Take a spiritual bath, clean off with flowers, smoke yourself, or anything else that resonates with you. But do something! Spiritually cleaning yourself ensures that you prepared to receive the guidance given and sets you up for a successful reading.
* Come prepared to take notes! I give you notes as well, but there may be something said that resonates that isn't covered in those notes. It defeats the purpose of receiving messages if you cannot remember what was said or don’t have some personal notes to go back over. Be studious about the reading at hand and use your notes as a guide to further explore at later times during meditative rituals.
* Check your ego at the door! Expect your feelings to be hurt. Sometimes things may be said that you may not like. Spiritual readings are not always meant to make you feel good, they are however meant to challenge your ego so that spiritual growth and understanding takes place.
* Allow time for the messages to settle before booking your next spiritual reading. This is the most important, yet overlooked step. Have you taken the advice given in the last 50-leven readings? Have you allowed adequate time between readings to apply what was said? Do you have the same questions you had months ago? Have you truly committed yourself to your own growth and healing before asking another person to tell you what they see? Answering these questions honestly will let you know if it’s time for another reading or not. I reserve the right to decline a reading based on circumstances of this nature.
* Lastly, when you begin to see things shift in your life, don’t forget to thank your reader. Giving light and blessings to your reader strengthens and encourages the work that we do.
